The Contractor’ s work schedule
Normal working hours
Monday – Friday 07.00 AM – 16.00 PM
Saturday 07.00 AM – 12.00 PM

Reporting
The Contractor shall submit the following report:
1. All corrective action work plan to be reported to the company planner section before performed. Work Order ( WO) will be raised by the Planner section and the contractor should report as the works are done.
2. Daily work force
3. Weekly Work schedule
4. Monthly report

The Contractor shall report immediately to the Area Superintendent any accident, injury or dangerous circumstances occurring or arising in performing of work and any damage to the company property.

Emergency Work
Work to be done due to accident, unexpected break downs and problems. Operation / Production will have to inform when this kind of work to be done any time to put the equipment back to operation as soon as possible. Contractor will attend within 45 minutes ( and will inform the contact person and his mobile number in due time)

Preventive Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance is to try to eliminate Down Time and break downs to a level that is acceptable to Management and manageable by Maintenance. The PM program must be set to work with Corrective ( CM) and Predictive Maintenance ( PdM) program. Good coordination and cooperation between Operation / Production and Maintenance is essential to the success of achieving the goal set by Management. This PM could be done every 6 months or a year.

SAFETY

Personal Protective Equipment
The Contractor shall provide PPE to its employees and educate its employees on its correct use. The Contractor shall co-ordinate the activities of its Contractor to ensure that they comply with PPE requirements.

Equipment & Tools
The Contractor must provide all equipment and tools required. All equipment and tools supplied by The Contractor must be presented to the Company Contract Custodian prior to the commencement of works for inspection to ensure compliance with the Company standards.

Any equipment that requires repair shall be repaired by the Contractor prior to operation. Expenses incurred shall be to the Contractor account.

Hazard Evaluation and job safety analysis
The Contractor shall prior to the commencement of works perform a job safety analysis ( JSA) in conjunction with the Company. Procedures will be made to remove any hazards identified in this process.

Isolations
The Contractor and its personnel shall ensure that all isolations are in place prior to commencing work.

The Contractor will be responsible for all isolations necessary to complete the work.

ENVIRONMENT

The Contractor shall be aware of the Company’ s environmental policies. Particular care shall be taken but not limited to:
- Management or hydrocarbons and chemicals used during the project.
- All waste produced during the project shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the Company.

SITE PERSONNEL
Contractors ensure to provide trained and experienced manpower. All the employees assigned have an experience of at least one year in the same work environment. Minimum job position to be assigned permanently at site are;

3. M/ E Supervisor
4. Office Administration
5. Maintenance planner
6. QC officer
7. HSE Officer
8. Welder and Fitter
9. M/ E Technicians and PM Inspectors
10. Belt technician / splicer

CONTRACTOR’ S WORK SCHEDULE
The working hour of contractor is:
• Monday – Sunday 24 hours ( Including National Holiday)
should be any special requisition from company on certain day, company will issue notice a day before except it is an emergency call out. The contractor, s shall propose number of personnel each shift.

SUPERVISION
The contractor shall provide continuous supercision of their personnel during the period of work. The contractor’ s supervisor will be responsible for reporting all progress, comminicating concerns and maintaining standards. They shall communicate this through the appointed PT. Jakarta Prima Cranes.
